How to grow a money tree...

The title of this post is more of a question rather than a statement of knowledge. Would some kind person please share with me their secrets on growing such money tree? My bank account screams zero yet I need dollars so I can invest in these babies! Every time I visit the Jeffrey Campbell website, I yearn for their masterpieces more and more.
